I remember a Japanese guy back in Guam at the beach that I used to work eating (oppun)in chuukese, young coconut meat with soy sauce and wassapi.
Soy sauce and wasabi are very common sauces in Japan.

How is the vaccination program going and when do people believe Chuuk will reopen for tourists?
As for Chuuk, I've been told that vaccinations began in January of this year and are scheduled to be completed this week for the islands within the atoll.
I don't know what the progress is for the islands outside the atoll.
There is still no word on when tourism will resume.
