Of course they do. At that scale it’s simply impossible to travel with all hands and workers who are needed. And normally they also have more than one stage. So they can prepare Stage 2 at the next tour stop while playing on Stage 1. Just to have the ability to have smaller gaps between the shows (everything needs to be build back and travel on trucks around the country from venue to venue) The logistics behind such big shows are incredible.
The stadium probably even has some people employed specifically to set up stuff like this. Stadiums host tons of different events; concerts, conventions, multiple different athletic events, etc. so the central area is constantly changing. It would make sense for the stadium to have a crew for this kind of thing
