Greece is such a beautiful place! You did a really nice job once again. The entire goal of travel videos is to make the viewer want to go there, and you do such a wonderful job of this my friend! Wow Mark where have I been I just found this first day in Corfu, Greece video! I cannot believe I spent over 3 years living in Germany with my older sister in Greece, and I did not get to visit! Our mother came from CA to visit us (GE) and then on to see my older sister in Greece and she had such a delicious vacation :) I HAVE to go to Greece, this has convinced me. Oh the coffee and the food! So much to see and do, I love being a "tourist." So you guys do all your own filming! what a wonderful meal and swim! I loved seeing you at the barber! People are so friendly every where you go, you have that special way about you :) Thanks again Mark!
I just love reading your comments Yvonne, thank you for sharing with me. Yes, I really was surprised by Greece, it always seemed more "hype" and "it factor" to me, BUT I was mistaken, it is a lovely, down to earth place. The people are the best part, they are SO hospitable and proud...you have to visit...and I really wanted to go to Corfu, it is not overly convenient to get to if you're down in Athens without taking a plane, but it's really really worth it....Greece and the islands are really a place to spend a good month driving and ferrying around.
Fun fact. Freddo Cappuccino was invented in Greece and the cold foam topper was adopted by Starbucks. They say so on their website. Thanks to Greece we now have both cold foam toppers and sweet cream cold foam toppers.

A very enthusiastic video of " old Corfu Town". However, if your video is to be believed you saw very little of the old town. I appreciate you have to edit but there is so, so so much more than the couple of streets shown. A lost opportunity.

a real greek beer is vergina , its also in my opinion the best beer in greece .
im from germany so tastes may differ but most ppl i met agree with me that vergina is the best taste and its an pure greek beer unlike most other beers like, mythos or alpha or fix, which belong all to heineken or carlsberg companies.

Corfu its great but the prices its thieft for tourists...this bottle of water it costs 50 cent for Greek people not 1euro...be careful any place of Greece...Im Greek and Greece its wonderful but the people its not okay at many cases...
