- Have you been to a Filipino party?
Whether it was a Birthday, Christmas or Fiesta Party -- if you've ever attended one, then you wouldn't have missed this colourful and tasty dish on one corner of the buffet table!
Traditionally made with Chinese noodles, this food was first introduced to the Filipinos over the centuries by.... well, the Chinese. And like many foreign recipes brought in to the Philippines, Pinoys have developed, created, and perfected their own unique version.
