To get started with your meditation practice, follow these simple steps: Find a quiet place 🌳: Choose a calm environment where you can concentrate without interruptions. It can be at home, in the park, or even in your office. Sit comfortably : Sit in a chair, on the floor with a pillow or even lying down. The important thing is that you are comfortable and your spine is straight. Close your eyes 🙈: This helps eliminate visual distractions and concentrate more deeply. Breathe deeply 🌬: Inhale slowly through your nose, hold for a moment and then exhale through your mouth. Repeat a few times to relax your body. Choose a focus 🎯: It can be your breathing, a mantra or even a mental image. Keep your attention on this point. Watch your thoughts 💭: Don't worry if your mind wanders. This is normal! Just notice your thoughts and gently bring your attention back to your focus. Start with short sessions ⏲: Try meditating for 5 to 10 minutes at first. Over time, you can increase the duration as you feel more comfortable. Be consistent 📅: Try to do this daily, even if for a short time. Consistency is the key to reaping the benefits of meditation.
