  • Autowas H2O opened their 4th location Zoetermeer in 2018. In 2021, Torqx Capital acquired Autowas H2O as part of their push into the Netherlands car wash market. Sonce I visited in September of 2023, this site has been renamed to Claro Carwash, the brand Torqx is adopting across all sites.
The site has one of the longest tunnels in Europe, with a 66m long Holz Autowaschtechnik conveyor. About one third of the equipment is used Christ Hybridtechnik components, with the remaining components from Holz. They have 2 Holz 5 manifold Mega-Power high pressure arches, turbo wheel blasters 2 sets of Holz PE196 wheel brushes, a Christ Kinematic top brush, first generation Christ Flex-Express wraps, a first generation Christ Hybridtechnik wrap/top brush combo, and Holz PE118 and PE135 side washers for washing, early first generation Holz wraps and a Holz retractable side to side polish mitter for polishing, 4 producer Holz drying system, and a second generation Holz drying spec wrap/top brush combo, side to side mitter, and front to back mitter for textile drying. Most of the friction components are equipped with Brushcom materials, including MicroAct cloth on the wraps and side brushes, Hybrid+ on the first top brush, standard Hybrid on the second top brush, MicroWash and MicroAct on the polish mitter, and MicroDry on the drying mitters. Autowas H2O uses Sireon chemicals, and the top package includes the active foam bath, lava polish, sealer wax, additional textile drying, double wheel cleaning, and underbody, with R-Coat available as an add-on.

DICO equipment is based on first generation Holz equipment, which is why they look so similar.

The only Holz component in the US is an entrance display arch at Tommy Terrific's Car Wash in Plano, TX. Holz equipment is fundamentally based on Peco equipment.
