Mine has broken on the 2nd use, the dial won't turn to "Fine" now, only moves between "Coarse" & half way towards "Fine", the ice came out perfect the first time, cant see the supermarket ice being too hard for the machine causing it to not work properly.. I'm not satisfied with it, best to get a real slushie from a shop that sells them as I think this is just more of a novelty item ☹
Just got one. It's good but the ice needs to be finer
what do you mean by 'finer' (not trying to be rude i just want to make sure its gonna work before i get it lol)
@@thehufflepuff4987 I feel that the ice needs to be ground down finer as it's slightly on the lumpy side compared to normal slush puppies. I have managed a work around though, use less ice and add some water and let it spin for a lot longer. It makes them so much better. I would still recommend getting one. My sister bought me it for a birthday gift and I have used it everyday since. You can make slush puppie milkshakes and slushy alcohol drinks should you desire. I have been making my 2 year old daughter fruit juice slush puppies and she loves them, very healthy and convenient.
Just get some good straws and I'm sure you will love it. I have lots of plastic glasses from buying slush at the carnival etc with bendy straws and they are perfect.
Just ordered a multi pack of new flavours from ebay too.

You sure you're using the right setting just used my and it was perfect, there are 2 setting 1 for mote lumpy chump and one for finer chips

How do you open the fucan lid man as you can tell by my response I've been trying to open this lid to add more ice for ages!

@@user-jg4yh yeah... I put the lid on upside down 😂 I managed to get the lid back out but it was a struggle. It gets stuck if you put it upside down.

Be advised box of syrups say you just need syrup and water but this is wrong! You need ice and syrup...
