Something I like about Krauser is that he is a man of honor. Sure, he is an arms dealer, but he fights his opponents head on, without tricks or deceits. Moreover, he admits defeat and congratulates his opponent on their victory. That alone makes him more deserving of respect than Geese, Rugal and Mr. Big.
Geese had the better song though, was somehow more badass & has an arguably, better stage, it was far more badass. Geese did not give a shit, he fought to always win. was kind of the point.. *Round 2, Burning building collapses* ... Fight !.. Real Final boss stuff. He was a Warrior Without Honor... one of the most infamous of the old gaming world. In a VS Ring, ? that's/ he was awful. on a real battlefield tho .. ? an asset. To be able to detach like that.

What's worse is that in the proceeding games where Krauser is featured they change his voice completely ditching his German accent and giving him an American one which is just wrong on every level. In retrospect, maybe you're onto something there. Maybe that's why they completely changed his image in proceeding games.

You know the boss is so freaking cool when he gets an entire orchestra to play "Dies of Irae" while trying to kill you. Imo Krauser should make a comeback in KOF. He's so underated
I completely concur. However, I do feel that SNK messed up on him over the years. Namely his accent. I went from a German accent to an American in the later ports so who knows what accent he would be given upon a return. For that reason I don't believe he'll ever make a return. But I do agree that he was vastly underrated and should be a part of the latest port.
@@TheBrownPlayer Dude, all the characters only speak Japanese and a little bit of "Engrish" in the franchise despite the fact the characters are from different countries. So the accent is not really important in the KOF universe, it's just like everyone speaks Japanese by default haha

Wolfgang plays Wolfgang as he beats you bloody. This was a wonderful design decision, and it would only be better of he didn't take off his breast plate before he fought you. It will help sell the whole "You dare challenge a god?" side of this.
As was I. But after the first 100 times and Krauser constantly countering every single thing with his cheap ass moves (anyone who knows how SNK fighting games were back in the 90's knows this) this was my last and only recourse. lol.
@@TheBrownPlayer You could use the Raising tackle tactic, or the burn knuckle tactic (it works in all the final bosses idk if works with Billy but I guess so, hell i believe the whole game can be beaten that way) or the classic switching planes xD

Just to prove they re the strongest of the bunch, you know like a normal competition not gods, clones, divine entities, or any anime stuff. Fatal Fury and Art of Fighting were old fashioned vengeance stories.
Fatal Fury 2 Special has been my fab fighting game since i was in my early teens, i only wish they made a remake with modern day graphics but with a similar side scrolling 2D game 👍

In fact, I thin there was outcry over Angel's boobs in KOF XIV early build and the woke culture wanted to make them smaller or something. Upon official release people later discovered her boobs actually got bigger! It's hilarious how these guys at SNK are putting these oversensitive clowns in their place!
Lol. Simple. Idk if you know the history of SNK fighting games but they were ridiculously difficult. So much where in this particular game Krauser would counter practically EVERYTHING. So I discovered that this was the safest (and at that age) way to beat him. Of course not my ideal method given some of my other fighting game videos on my channel but it was all I could do aside from breaking the controller. This actually took me several hours of trial and error.
While this particular game won't get a remake they have been creating a series of games with that series' characters for the past three decades called King of Fighters. This year the latest version will be coming out.

TBH still looking for a vidio where krauser is defeated with a power geyser countering krauser wave. Used to be one but it was lost to time on CZcams.

Terry's HK is the only thing that comes close to Krauser's strong punch. If you notice Krauser has a very long (unfair) reach with it and Terry's strong kick is the best way to keep him at bay. Performing his special moves only enables Krauser to use his which completely overpower Terry's as well. That's what I noticed so even this display took me hours as he is ridiculously hard to beat.

@@TheBrownPlayer Was a really good console, but the games were really hard to find because they were imported( no Amazon at the time) but at least there was no region limitations, there was no need for console modifications because most of the games had already different versions on the CD.
