Hi Manal, all the best for your surgery. I am fine even after surgery I got a repeated episode of dislocation after a year got well after 3 weeks but I think I'll never get same confidence with my leg again. I am able to do all the activities but there is a fear in back of the head at all times. I will advise you to please take the exercises and physiotherapy very seriously and keep knee exercise as daily routine even after recovery.

@@pahalrathor3379 Thank you so much Pahal! What did you do after you got that repeated injury? SO it Didn't require another surgery??? Was it complete tear ?? How did that happen if you don't mind me asking... hope you don't mind me asking all those questions but I really need you help from your experience and yeah... no one on earth can blame you for that feeling you get but try to meditate a lot and make peace with your body... I can relate

@@sammar77 the repeated injury didn't require surgery just a few weeks of bed rest. the ligament didn't tear but it wasn't able to hold the patella in place . Actually all my episodes were not wile doing any straining physical activity but after that like after coming back from gym on my way I stepped on a weird shaped stone and it got dislocated. I still workout daily but playing sports is a big no from me it's too scary 😂. I researched a lot and repeated episodes after surgery is very uncommon most probably you will not face this issue. All the best 👍
