I have a lot of respect for the music of Jatin-Lalit. Truth is that neither one is complete without each other.
It's becoming pretty clear who's the reason between the split, at least more responsible than the other one.
" - I was always captain of the ship and once that dynamic changed, I didn't wanna do it anymore.
" - I announced a show by the name Jatin-Lalit and then Jatin called me to ask to be involved. Why would he need to do that? You announced the show, you should've called to ask him to join along because it is a combine music of Jatin-Lalit. It's as much as his that it is yours.
" - 2 years later I did another show and only kept the songs that were composed by me."
First of all, how can you expect anyone to believe who composed what? It's a partnership & both are equally credited.
So much disrespect to a partner and even more so to an older brother. Very disappointing Lalit Pandit.

first of all it’s all team work so how can one person say that it’s composed by me and other one by Jatin Ji…sorry to say but it’s pure arrogance from Lalit Ji… we know Jatin-Lalit as melodious duo but never expected that Lalit Ji thinks about so humble Jatin Ji in this way….I never listen any interview of Jatin Ji in which he said something negative about Lalit Ji, it’s now clear who is main person behind split.
This guy Lalit is cheap. I have zero respect for him. I have the highest respect for Jatinji. He is the real power, the composer behind all those golden hits. This guy Lalit at best worked on the rhythm section. But janab aise baat karr rahe hai ke sab issine kuch compose kiye hai
@@aksshiv7843 lalit was the man who composed everything jatin did nothing he was only an assistant. Lalit because of his humiility says it was a team effort but you can see how much he did.

You have had only Munni Badnaam as a big hit after the split. All the other small movies you mentioned are all flops.
That song came out in the year 2010 when Salman had exploded and his superstardom came with "Wanted" 2009. It was a good song, no doubt but you had good fortune that it came at the right moment for you.
It is 2023 now, which other song have you had success in at that caliber? The answer is none
Munni badnaam is a straight word by word n tune to tune copy of a paki cgrade movie song. But hats of to this guy Lalit for finding a song which even pakistanis dont remember. Otherwise this guy is faltu who talks as if only he composed and Jatinji had no role to play
Even the Beatles could not reciprocate the success to that level individually…just hope someday somehow the two brothers will at least make one more album together.
Perhaps trying to promote their kids and internal family conflicts could be the reason
If two brother can't retain enough love and tolerance to each other that keep them United then how they can create good music any longer. Because a heart without love and gentleness Can't create good music.

Jatin ji ke compositions ke upar aap logon ke brand tika huya tha. Most melodious and popular songs and toughest songs were composed by jatin ji. Then how can be you the captain of the ship?? You just said that ek din aap yun humko mil jayenge composed by Jatin. Do you that you have made another song like ekdin aap yun in your whole carrer? Can you make a waada raha sanam? Can you make another tum aaye to hawaon mein ek nasha hai? Can you make another song like aye kaash ke hum, hum tum title track, bahon ke darmiyan, hum apna nam lekar etc. This all was composed by jatin ji. So keep calm and respect your brother. You are also a very good melody maker.. but jatin ji is very much ahead of you in case of melody.
Yes I agree with you. Jatin ji never took full credit of any song he always mentioned that it was a team effort which shows his greatness. You both guys are telented but jatin ji is more humble and inspiring. Sorry lalit ji you seems proudly and errogant. I respect and love jatin sir🙏

They did best work when together like Kalyanji-Anandji, Laxmikant-Pyarelal and others. They are nowere after split. Their name together had weight. But not after split. Nobody knew them.

He shouldnt have said that he composed all the songs and jatin only composed one song it was a team work.Secondly he has 2 sons who are in music and Jatin has only one son.Soits benefical for lalit to work with his own sons tha jatin because than the money will come in one house.
