We Chinese people aspire to a peaceful rejuvenation of our country. It is our hope to work together with the rest of the world to build a harmonious and prosperous international community that functions according to established and fair rules. Ours is a civilization that values inward perfection rather than a missionary-minded one. As long as the mutual relationship is based on mutual benefit and respect, one can expect great hospitality from the Chinese people.
