Idea: All teams that have won the Champions League play in the Champions leagues (Real Madrid, N. Forest. Chelsea, Hamburg) And you can also include suprising finalists like Monaco and Valencia

If I have 12 clubs in the English football system (A), 8 clubs in the German system (B), 4 clubs in the Italian system (C), 4 clubs in the Spanish system (D), and 4 clubs in the French system (E), I would make the draw for the UCL groups like this:
One team from (B) in each different group
Maximum of 2 clubs from (A) in 4 of 8 groups (Wrexham as a Welsh club can be drawn in the same group with one of the English clubs) [I'm not too sure with that since Wrexham is in the English football system]
For (C), (D), (E), they can be in any group as long as no more than one club from either of those 3 countries is in the same group

Clubs from lower divisions actually do participate in european competitions sometimes (as national cups winners). Vaduz from Swiss second tier even played in UEFA Conference League group stage, having won the Liechtenstein Cup!

So usually the top 4 teams go to the UCL right but what if the next 4 teams that’s placed 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th qualified. For those that only have one or 2 teams that go to UCL then it’d be the 2nd place team or the 2nd and 3rd place team

If I'm not mistaken about the UCL group stage draws IRL, not only the fact that two teams from the same country cannot be drawn into the same UCL group but also the number of teams in the "red groups" (A to D) and the number of teams in the "blue groups" (E to H) have to be balanced. For example, if you have 4 English clubs, it has to be 2 in A to D and 2 in E to H. If you have for example 5 Spanish clubs like this season, 3 have to be in A or D and 2 in E to H or vice versa
Everything is decided by the wheel, if I where him, I would spin it twice so we don't break the "No 2 clubs from same country" rules.
I mean... You're mostly right with the opening line. But there were cases when clubs from lower divisions played in the European competitions. The most recent I can recall is Vaduz, Liechtenstein club playing in The Swiss League. They have a place in conference league qualification through the Liechtenstein Cup though. So in 22/23 conference league they were playing in the group stage alongside the 2nd Swiss Division.
And I think lately some club in Lithuania won the cup whilst being in the 2nd Division too but they'll be promoted so not the same vibe

it´s sad that they dont have the keukenkampioen divisie (dutch 2nd division). My club recently religated to this division, and is now struggeling to promote back, as 14th. My club is FC Groningen

Maybe do the wheel first behind the scenes and then present in a animation or something. I think it would make the process more interesting and change it up a bit in future vids

Well, the English Leagues are the most popular in the world being German leagues are the second, that's why EA put a lot of English clubs and German clubs there. I kinda wish they added the second division of Asian and South American leagues that are already in the game like Serie B (Brazil) and K League 2.
