10 Minute Total Body Home Fat Loss Workout For Men Over 40
Perform as many reps as possible of each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other for two straight rounds. Total Workout Time = 10 minutes

Any alternatives for the Crab Toe Touches? I've got bad elbows and I keep feeling like they are going to hyper-extend when I do these.
Just tried this and its insane... I am 44 and not done a workout for a while.. Adding this to my brisk walks/jogs..... What is calorie burned for this workout alone.... Def doing this alternate days

Hey Shaq - I would not do this workout everyday but 3X per week works...but you need to make sure that you are changing up your workouts so you target different areas of your body - make sure that you join the 30 day challenge and you will get everything you need - Funk

The workouts are about 10-25 minutes long - so short and affective! - Funk

Hey Curtis - I would definitely ask you doctor first to see what you can and cannot do - the workouts are bodyweight only but the movements may not work for you - ask your doctor and send me an email funkroberts@gmail.com . - Funk

creeper58272 in my opinion, if I only did this workout, I would do it daily. If your body is extremely sore the next day wait one day or work through it if you can...
Hey Creeeper - I would definitely JOIN THE CHALLENGE so you can follow the perfect workout routines and nutrition for you...I would perform these types of workout 3X per week...as your body needs time to rest, recovery and recoup...especially as men over 40 - Funk
