    10 Minute Total Body Home Fat Loss Workout For Men Over 40
    Perform as many reps as possible of each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other for two straight rounds. Total Workout Time = 10 minutes

    42 just getting back in gym after 3yr off/on layoff...I'm totally out of condition.
    I was looking for something to get me going again (my workout plans/frequency only led to continuous injuries bc I'm still thinking I'm 22 & 32 lol..yeah I'm still fighting it lol)
    found this simple yet very effective workout...jumped rope for the cardio element..this is perfect!

    What can I do to replace the crab toe touched? Cause I'm still to big to to them. Cause I did them just by kicking out my legs only. I did my best. Love ur workouts

    Just tried this and its insane... I am 44 and not done a workout for a while.. Adding this to my brisk walks/jogs..... What is calorie burned for this workout alone.... Def doing this alternate days

      Hey Shaq - I would not do this workout everyday but 3X per week works...but you need to make sure that you are changing up your workouts so you target different areas of your body - make sure that you join the 30 day challenge and you will get everything you need - Funk

      creeper58272 in my opinion, if I only did this workout, I would do it daily. If your body is extremely sore the next day wait one day or work through it if you can...
