4 Minute Perfect Abs Workout For Men Over 40
Perform each exercise for 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other.
1. Lying Hip Thrusts 1:14
2. ButterFly Crunches 2:13
3. Plank HIp Dips 3:13
4. Abs In and Outs 4:13
NOTE: This abs workout is great for anyone over the age of 15 years old male or female so GET IT DONE!

54 and tired of being tired and fat. Doing free weights for a few weeks and, while feeling much better I still felt like my mid section needed help. What a great instructional vid. Loved it.
