She’s so good! I wouldn’t say she writes songs just about exes but about love in general. Not all songs are diss tracks and there’s really a large amount of accountability in her lyrics. Maybe try Lavender Haze from Midnights? Or possibly Dont Blame me live Reputation tour.

Taylor has a song named 'Cruel summer' which is what Ellen's tattoo said. Adam Lambert was supposedly doing the tattoo. And the line of 'stars' on the stage were all drag queens. Also, Katie & Taylor had a falling out when Katie stole some of Taylors backup dancers years ago. Taylor made her song 'Bad Blood' about that & the video is frigging amazing. Selena Gomez & a ton of famous women are in it. FYI~ Katie eventually sent a literal olive branch to Taylor & they have made up & are friends again. ~ As for Ryn Reynolds, Taylor is close friends with his wife Blake Lively & Ryan. They attended at least one Chiefs game with Taylor to watch Travis Kelce
in the lyrics, she writes "glad" as GLAAD. She also dropped this in June, 2019, on Donald Trump's birthday, just to point the finger at MAGA. At the beginning, the dice on the table add up to the number of days before she dropped the album (at the time, no one knew the album title.). •••I highly recommend “Exile with Bon Iver” from the Long Pond Studio Sessions. Folklore and Evermore are sister albums that were made during Covid and each person did their parts separately. They came together to ding them all together to make it official and it’s so fun. That’s why Bon Iver (real name Justin Vernon) is wearing a bandana over his mouth because he has a camera crew in his studio. They sound fantastic together!! All of those Long Pond Studio songs are fantastic.
There’s also a love triangle on Folklore that consists of 3 different songs: “Betty”, “August” and “Cardigan”. Each song is coming from the perspective of one person in that love triangle. (*It is all fiction on Folklore). “Folktales”… 😉
The names in the story are Inez, Betty and James. 3 of Ryan Reynolds (and his wife, Blake Lively’s) children. Their 4th child wasn’t born yet. 😉
