Kim made her out to be a liar. It hit her to the core of who she is. Kim, as most bullies do, just asserted she should "just get over it," rather than apologizing (when the truth came out and proved Taylor was not a liar). I think Taylor's "Better than revenge" (Speak Now) also disses Kim. The repeated lyrics "Keep In Mind spelling Kim, inclusion of "Saint" and "actress". It may be ABOUT someone else but Taylor sure as hell USED her! Any other Swift songs spell it out?

Taylor likes to play with capital and lowercase letters. The song title is in lowercase with only the KIM capitalized.
