    39:00 No stress in the frame, no push and pull to the lady, use and manipulate the feeling of fingers and core to the multiple spheres of lady’s body and get the correct respond.

    25:00 Not fully articulated joints will cause unbalance and tension. So the warm up and oily joints is important.

    31:00 3 planes of Shaping is not cosmetic, it’s for balance and for the angle of compression. it’s swaying/shaping down,focus on the compressing side.

    18:00 The correct compression angle is toward the partner’s groins for not knocking over partner. the power is in the lower body.

    11:30 Double Compression, keep the angle for overlapping the sanding and receive leg. For longer range and fuller movement whenever it’s needed for the interpretation of the music or the mood, not everywhere.

    32:30 Compression starts from back and down, power into the groin.

    35:00 One arm practice, be Very aware of the right side and all the spine and joints articulation, without the involve of the both Hands. It’s impossible to do pivot with one hand for the reason of centrifugal force.

    43:00 Bending the lady, not stretching the lady. All joints must be free.
