I love you for that Benn, my man...Whenever you drop a video that goes in-depth into a synth model or other piece of gear...It has almost always been added to my ever expanding collection. @@winstonsmith8236 i don’t think “crappy” and “poorly made” encapsulates what he meant.
Also, I’m from the Philippines and i don’t get offended by it. I literally live in the 3rd world. So don’t get offended for me. 😂
Anyway, Im still wondering what words is more appropriate in this context.

Nah, keep letting it go on, this word hasn’t found it’s final resting place and it’s history is fascinating. I’m from the hood, and it does suck and it is shitty but it’s also home and when I’m here I wanna get out and when I have before I’m still filled with a warmth and like to reminisce when I come back to visit, and I’ve never once been offended by it’s usage. Occasionally someone uses it in a context that is extremely negative, but it still doesn’t offend me, it just exposes their ignorance and prejudices. It’s only because it has been allowed to exist that it has organically come to be expressed in a more positive light recently like “ghetto fabulous” and can stir a sense of camaraderie in people from there. Languages are organic, living things and should be treated as such and allowed to run their course, not be dictated by this small, over zealous group of social justice/pc warriors. My two cents
