#bringbackryan, man I’ve been here since last April and you were the best thing that happened for this community. This is hitting different than the previous ex team members departures.
I was incredibly supportive of Ryan before he came to be with the team. I’m referring to back in the first days after Safemoon launched and one human’s promotional efforts during the day literally made a noticeable difference. There were days Ryan was being attacked without his knowledge in many of the main public forums and if not for my efforts during those weeks with the few thousand holders we had - he would’ve never had the community trust or job to begin with. After talking with him for quite some time and getting to know him I knew something was off. I tried to reach out to the guy directly and share my concern after I had worked so hard to help him, behind my own name. Unfortunately at that point is when Ryan showed his true colors to me, something most of the holders have never seen. A side of him I’m certain John had to deal with the entire time. I hate to say it but I knew his firing was coming. In my own personal career I’ve worked with mostly musicians and celebrities and when I got to know this guy I could tell his behaviors would be the same. Unfortunately it is what went on behind the scenes that the public is unaware of that led to this termination. Yes he did “support the community” in public eye but many of his actions were in direct violation of company policy, and also hurt the project directly in ways a person who isn’t working daily in this business might not notice. These are actions most of you will not be aware of and it should stay that way. When things went south between Ryan and I, I had the choice to make it public or let it work itself out. I chose the latter and this is exactly how it was going to, and should have worked itself out. Best of luck to Ryan in the future - this is a great opportunity to learn from your actions and next time don’t put yourself so much in the spotlight so if an issue arises it doesn’t feel like your whole world is crumbling down in public view. I must have missed something. I have been working for the same company for over 15 years and with some effort I stepped up up the ladder from a production helper to now a teamleader. People at safemoon seem to never work longer than 1 year it gives it a bad feeling somehow and looks like employees come, crab their piece of cake and then leave. I have a big bag of safemoon and my feeling keeps getting worse and worse as time moves on and watching employees come and go does not add a good feeling. I hope my gutfeeling is totally wrong.
