Onion tip for Casey… I am not an onion girl and usually leave them out, but sometimes you just HAVE to have them in a recipe. So I buy the frozen diced onions. No smell, no crying. Just measure out how much you need and put the rest back in the freezer!

I’m going toDollywood for a week in October, I was there back in march and stayed at Gatlinburg for a week, absolutely BEAUTIFUL the MOUNTAINS are breath taking, you should go.

I love you and Casey's relationship. You are perfect together. My husband and I haven't had many fights in our 33 years of being together ( married and dating). I think we fight more now, having a special needs daughter. (We adopted her after being married for 26 years). Enjoy your your time before having kids). Even the easiest kids cause stress in a marriage. Loved the cooking part of the vlog too. The food looked amazing. I think Casey enjoys cooking more now because her cooking is made with love. 😉

Tell Casey to use swim goggles. Wear swim goggles when you cut onions. It HELPS by SO much. Whatever it is in onions that makes you cry, it blocks it.
or just put the Onion in freezer for 5 minutes
Dollywood is great but the rollercoasters at it's sister park, Silver Dollar City, are TOP NOTCH!!! One of my husbands cousins dragged me there when we were in Branson for a family reunion last year and I was super impressed and very dizzy!

But don't go when hungry, it is very destructive to the grocery budget when everything looks so good!! Food looked really good, gonna attempt that meal. Chopping onions used to bother me a lot, too. I switched to sweet (vidalia) onions. Made a huge difference for the better😊👍

I love your cooking videos. That dish looks amazing, gave me some ideas on what to cook. I basically lead a low carb lifestyle, but one day a week I eat whatever I want. My health has improved a lot doing this.
Still watching but next time try Raos marinara! It’s more expensive but so good. I’ve never met someone who didn’t like it. It’s the only kind we use now.

Casey is wonderful! She is definitely a keeper. Just a side note on moving in together. There is evidence that people who live together without being married, don't usually last. Mostly because there is no commitment. I would hold off on moving in together until you are ready to get married. Or afterwards, not because it's old fashioned, just to protect your relationship. What? I'm a mom, I worry about these things!

I have a similar chopper and it has 2 blade sizes. The bigger one seems to work better for onions.
