Finding the lid to this "Snuff Box " is one of the coolest finds that I have made and one of the earliest as well :) Would have been nice to have found the silver box too :) Maybe on the next hunt. Thank you so much for stopping by :) ATB - David

Yeah we are entering into Hurricane season and two days ago about 11 tornadoes form. I called my neighbor outside and we watched several of them forming funnels in the clouds. Some made it to the ground and caused damage and some just put on a scary show. We had not had any rain since November of last year and this storm made up for 9 months plus some.

Hello Dave. I watch a video from the United Kingdom on Saturdays called “The Metal Detecting Channel”. It was two weeks ago this Saturday that one of the detectors, Rick Hill, found a Queen Anne 1665-1714. Was a similar find, if not exactly the same. They are on CZcams. Been watching them for about 3-4 years. I’d look at the video from two or three weeks, and send them a comment. Mention I sent you when I was stunned to hear an item from the same monarch, but in the United States. Let me know how this works out, Dave. Enjoy your weekend! Marty
