Temperzone / Replacing a Drive Pulley on a 65kW Package Unit

Found on a maintenance that this drive pulley was worn and required replacement.

Awesome video mate, can be difficult aligning the adjustable pulleys as the outside edge in comparison to true centre changes when the pulley diameter is adjusted.

Thanks mate. Yeah definitely can be a pain. Don’t use another method? I’ve thought about getting a laser but I just don’t do it enough to justify it.

I see it way too much. I’ve quoted up a few to replace them as they’re rotting. One way or another they’ll get replaced eventually 😂

Have you tried using a string line across the face of the pulleys to align them? Nice video.

I haven’t tried it before. Does it work better? I just use the level because that’s what was shown.

1:20 don’t those isolators lever up from the centre core for locks? I believe some similar makes like that do.
