Rowan truly does suffer from face blindness as he doesn't even remember Brit putting him into a catatonic state from that one time she bought a laptop from him at PlayTech.
That was literally years ago, too long to suggest face blindness. His repeated mixing up of Adam and Allen over the years does suggest it, though.
Britt perfectly within her rights to not give a high five for that, but also never one to disrespect a manager.
I can see it now, Alan coming back in a "manager" shirt just to screw with Rowan.

Only Rowan & Adam know this isn't real. If Alan was here, he would know this isn't real, either 'cause of the "realizing you're not real" video, back in the day of VLDL. Adam knows he isn't real since day one of his appearance. Along with other videos indicating how different he is outside of PlayTech/TechTown vs when he's there.
This is the only time I've ever bought merch and it's just somebody else's work uniform and desk stuff. This is ridiculous and I love it.

This is easily the single best commercial I have ever seen.
I have never, in my life, seen face blindness so casually brought up. "We know you have a disability, are you sure you want to ignore it yourself?" Like asking the person with a chocolate allergy, "Are you sure you want that mocha coffee? There's chocolate in it." That tidbit hit me harder than the repeated fourth wall breaks. Once mentioned, I was counting the seconds until "Theo" popped into frame.
The fact that episode 15 of bored was about Rowan finding out that he's just on a youtube video, and now this is happening lol
