If i were to witness this in person now, I would be as exstatic now as I would be if I were to witness this at 5 years old. This is so cool. I love how Toho, and te Japanese tourist industry, make kaiju accessable to all the kids (and adults) the world over. While I don't always agree with the decisions Toho makes in regards to their IP, I respect the heck out of them for making their fans feel as if they are part of kaiju eiga too. Now......If 5 year old me KNEW there would be a Godzilla hotel when I got older, and how cool it actually would be, rest assured I would make it a life goal to get there, hahahaha. I know now that I have to make a pilgrimage to this hotel at some point in my lifetime!!
This building was featured in the Godzilla video game for ps4, I am actually pleasantly surprised to learn that. You get a direct height comparison with the Godzilla head on the actual building too, kind of trippy looking at it from this level lmao
The Godzilla head has led lights with a steam machine inside, making it look like the famous atomic breath. Not dangerous at all. I love how Japan made Godzilla so accurate.
