- Had a dunk session at UCF where I was met by @jasonbenhardus who is about to play D1 for FAU. We then took over the gym while playing 5v5 pick up basketball!

I've been struggling to get my first dunk, but I am struggling with left ankle pain.... What do u recommend me doing at the moment or the beginning start of rehab?
U should definitely rehab and fix that pain it's gon limits u if u just rehab and don't get stronger, rehab , strength exercises

What are the heights of the rims on these courts? They all feel legit 10ft to me, definitely an inch or so higher than the ones at the practice courts. It also doesn't help that most of them are fairly stiff.
I actually measured them that day. This side is 10 on the dot, and the other side is 1/8 of an inch higher than 10
And they are stiff af, but the floors are amazing so I love dunking there
