I cut a square hole with a zip disc in the plastic just above the bearing large enough to get my hand in and work, took about 35 mins to change when you can actually access it. The cover goes on after so it doesn't really make a difference
How do you like the SuperATV carrier bearing? was thinking about getting it, as mine needs to be replaced, but i hear some horro stories about the solid mount bearings.

I had to put heat to the passenger side bolt on the carrier.

I’ve really liked it so far, it is much more reliable than factory and it helps keep the shaft straight.
