Hello, I love your work! Where did you buy the vinyl ? i have one but it doesn't stick very well on the fabric, i need one like yours.
I buy vinyl on Amazon and Walmart, try permanent vinyl
What is the stretchy band you put on the large balloons and the small 3 balloon clusters to attach cluster to Garland? Stretch string? Rubber band?
I use rubber bands to attach small balloons, for big balloons a half of 260 balloon. You can watch my other video where I explain it better. Here is the link @xTko

Hi please can you tell me how many balloons did you use altogether, you have listed it as packet?
For garland like this around 150 balloons. But if I do it longer or other shape, more massive it can be up to 300 balloons.

It's a "Dark blue" color by Qualatex. This brand of balloons very popular (one of the best quality), so you can find it on amazon or any other balloon supplier in your city.

We buy vinyl sticker rolls on Amazon, Walmart or Michael’s. You can do any size, whatever fits on your cutting mat :)
