#RatchetandClank - Hry
Man we need a new ratchet and clank game 😭
Hopefully at the next Showcase
I wouldn't expect any announcement or release until 2026/2027 earliest tbh.
Unfortunatelly, it is a thing of insomniac being bussy with spiderman and wolverine at the moment
@@gertok9 Highly doubt that, at best a sequel to RA just started pre-production and the next game Insomniac will announce is their multiplayer project which has been worked on for a couple of years now according to job postings.
@@TerrorOfTalosThat’ll take too long and quite absurd for Insomniac releasing a new R&C game in every 5 years when they can do it sooner than that.
I hope the next game will have more of Ratchet’s backstory and they should definitely introduce Mags the Lombax
FR. I was expecting the Lorb Lombax to be Alister and do funny reference at the end but uhh, suddenly he goes "my name Mags :3" and i have no clue who that is. I don't think they would just introduce such an important character who is directly responsible for taking the Lombaxes to that other dimension and not having us meet him in any capacity.
The fact the they gave us a name is enough for him to be important for the next game.
I loved that scene too! Watching Qwark's joruney from previous games made me like him more and more with each game, and talking to his alternate counterpart who doesn't actively seek heroism was touching. I'm glad we had that scene
This scene is such a great comeback to the original games ! It shows how Qwark IS an important character who evolved in many ways, for the best like the worse, but that's what majes him interesting: he's flawed in so many ways, had selfish intentions on many occasions but was always able to aid our heroes in their adventures.
Love or hate him the series wouldn’t be same without Captain Qwark
You know i didnt think about at first but Ratchet's dialogue about Qwark is a great send off to the character since he may not appear in the main series anymore(maybe a cameo).
It's honestly really wholesome to see that despite everything Qwark has done to them, Ratchet and Clank came to appreciate him as an ally.
I remember how back in 2002 Ratchet yelled: "He, is going, to PAY!"
I love this scene aswell because yes even though captain Qwark is a comic relief character he’s more than that he has depth
I like how Qwark went from a selfish, cowardly fraud in the original series to genuinely wanting to help, and his ideas being good in theory, but failing hilariously in practice 😂
It also feels like character development for Ratchet as he wanted to get revenge on Qwark in the first game for tricking him and Clank and called him a coward in the third game and that he didn’t like that he looked up to Qwark as a kid from what he saw of him. Now in this and considering he calls Qwark a friend in All 4 One, I think Ratchet is learning about what a true hero is.
After Spider-Man 2; the next Ratchet & Clank game is next on Insomniac’s list🤞🏻
No because they have to finish making wolverine
5-7 years since RA launch. That's my guess
@@efeomorede2726 They can skip Wolverine and hand it over to another Playstation developer as they might do a better job in that game
@@karandash_play Still too long and absurd as this goes on as a pattern as it kills the status of the R&C franchise, they need to make one sooner at this rate.
@@sirjess007 bro calm down we will get another ratchet and clank game soon but they have to finish making wolverine and what do you mean by handling wolverine to another developer so you think wolverine will bad
This is a nice scene as not only does it feel like a nice little tribute to Qwark's former VA Jim Ward, but it's nice to hear Ratchet say that despite all the ups and downs that have happened because he and Clank hung out with Qwark, he sees him as an ally AND friend.
One of the (many) things I hope to see in the Lombax Dimension game is Ratchet having Qwark, Talwyn, and Aphelion join him on the journey. Though I can see them having reasons for wanting to join Ratchet and co., it would be nice to also get a moment where Ratchet states he is still nervous about seeing the Lombaxes and wants the support of his friends and loved ones while doing it.
VIVI!!!! i just got ratchet and clank: rift apart on pc and got 100% less than three days after(on hardest difficulty :)) and i discovered an overlooked detail! in rivet’s hideout on sargasso if you make your way to her bed with the picture of her and the morts you can look behind it and though anyone not familiar with ratchet and clank wouldn’t bat an eye, but I noticed that her bedframe is actually the remains of an LOMBAX STARFIGHTER Similar to Aphelion or The general’s personal elite fighter, which provides evidence that Rivet wasn’t born there but SENT there possibly by Kaden during the Fall of Fastoon!
Now that is fascinating, absolutely fascinating. I wonder than if that means she’s the daughter of Kaden or something else entirely?
Doubt it, if lombaxes are similar to other felines then the fur coloration of the offspring is dependent on the parents, i’m saying Kaden sent rivet to her dimension because for one he owned and protected the dimensionator, and two was the one who saved the lombaxes from extinction to begin with, judging by how lombaxes love to customize and personalize everything they use i’d say all lombax starfighters are a standard issue design with a basic generic body and front shape, while the materials, features, paintjobs and weaponry are all custom to the pilot’s liking ex: Alister Azimuth’s one seater with duel bladed omni-wrench as the emblem along with red and white matching his fur, and the orange and black denoting his association with the lombax praetorian guards
curiously Aphelion is the most mysterious of the (now 3) known lombax ships her unique ship signature is 3371-ALPHA an anagram of 1337 or LEET=Elite, She’s the only lombax ship to Anyone’s knowledge to be able to speak, and her last memory before crashing was providing cover fire over the court of azimuth, so she’s associates either with the council or a VERY high ranking Lombax
We need a new game ASAP, there is a ton of cool characters introduced here that never got the chance to shine that much.
0:51 I can't say this without sounding slightly arrogant but I'm honestly kind of like Captain Qwark in that way. Ok, so as far as "heroing" is concerned the most heroic thing I've done is stop someone's shopping trolley from rolling onto the road because they were too busy reorganising their car's boot for the shopping....but then again, even Superman occasionally saved a cat from a tree so I'll take that small victory and wear it with pride...anyway, what I'm getting at is that I've always felt like the kind of guy who believes there's no punch I can't get back up from, and that if I mess up in life I'll try my hardest to either fix the problem or find some way to make up for what I did. To clarify, I was a horrible person during my school years and I can understand how the people I hurt back then would never forgive what I did, so rather than trying to earn their forgiveness I vowed to just be a better person in the future.
To elaborate a little more (this next paragraph gets a little deep so feel free to skip it unless you want to read up about how I hurt the people I did), nothing I did at school went beyond the generic school bully stuff but that doesn't make it right, and the only reason I did what I did was because my school, and my school specifically, was horribly ran to the point where it felt like I wasn't getting an education no matter how punctual or attentive I was, it just felt like they weren't interested in teaching me anything which, in turn, had a bad impact on me, and ultimately I was just taking out my frustrations on the nearest available targets. If anyone reading this is still in school and finds themselves in a similar situation to me, it doesn't matter how annoyed you are with the school or even the students, don't bully them. You might think it's making you feel better but it isn't, you're just lying to yourself and haven't grown up enough to realise it. Being tolerant isn't always easy but at times like this it can prove to be better than growing up worrying about what happened to the people you hurt.
Anyhow, leaving that quick therapy session to one side: Qwark is ultimately still the worse person since he literally and purposely put an entire galaxy in danger on two separate occasions for the sake of gaining fame and recognition, I may have been a bad person but nothing I did put all of humanity at risk. But the way he redeemed himself in the 3rd game onwards is pretty damn incredible and nigh on inspiring.
If we get a new Ratchet and Clank game I think it would be interesting to get a Rivet and Kit title. After the rifts have been fixed and things go back to normal it would be interesting to see development of the alternate counterparts of the characters. Maybe even have missions where the different resistance members fight along side us like how Quark did in the beginning of A Crack In Time.
Captain Qwark always be qwarktastic to me
I want a new one with Rivet 😓😓😓
Gosh, sometimes I want to Hug Ratchet so much, he's so kind and cute.
Pretty good
I feel like there's not that much more emotion in this game than the PS4 reboot, there's no liveliness, I haven't seen a moment that hit me the way A Crack In Time did with Ratchet and Alister's deaths and the aftermath of that, I feel like that's still the hardest to go through moment.
I can safely say I am one of the fans who gave enough credit to this scene, I've had that quote as my PSN personal info ever since I first played Rift Apart!
There is immense potential with Rift Apart sequel now that they've expanded into a massive multiverse.
And considering the sequel could expand and advance the tech and ideas. And would be interesting if they try cinematic endeavor for it again
I gotta say, there's a kind of poetic irony to you choosing one of _my_ favourite songs from the Ratchet & Clank series (the Tabora Mining Area theme) with one of _your_ favourite scenes from the Ratchet & Clank series.
I'll have to return to this another time😅
Wonder if captain qwark will get a spinoff game
Hi Renamon
Constants and variables.
You should make a video on whether Clank may die or go back to the Great Clock in the next game so Ratchet can be with his race
This game is full of some really well written scenes but I thought this one hits the hardest with longtime fans and Jim Ward retiring from the VA work for good.
I'm one of those people who wished Quark died in Up your arsenal. As much as I love redemption stories from the grinch to knights of the old republic, the quark tale doesn't take itself serious enough to seem believable, the guy is incompetent, narcissistic, cowardly, and unrepentant. I think Rusty Pete said it best: "how did you become the captian of anything." One of my very faint praises for the movie is Quark actually admitting he was wrong and saying the words "I'm sorry" to Ratchet, something which never happened in the games. If quark had one moment of self-enfacement in the games and tried to become a true hero I would make peace with it, yet my favorite RC adventures exclude quark, I wished Azimuth had replaced him altogether who by the way admitted his failure and atoned for it with his life.
