As a Cowboy fan since 1975, I grew up hating the Washington team and the Midgets. I get the whole rivalry thing. But in today's game, players must go where the opportunities are. The average player only gets so many years in the league, so they must make the most of each one. An all-pro like Tiki has better options and can be more selective than most guys can. This isn't high school, these teams represent job opportunities. You get the best situation for you and your family, period. Tiki is performing for the camera, he understands this.
As an NYCFC fan I wasn't angry when Sean Johnson signed with Toronto FC after the 2022 season, fans knew that Sean was declining and they need a new keeper for the following season

This take is so dumb, outdated. He was absolutely right, even Eli acknowledged that he and Tom Coughlin were feeling the heat, needed to have a good year in '07. The man was completing 54% of his passes, had 54 touchdowns but 44 interceptions.
I also remember a man who played a decade, missed just four games and ended his career with five straight 1,000 yard seasons including a few seasons north of 1,500.

When will we learn that Daniel Jones isn’t the guy. I’m tired of banking on the that Jones can be special especially considering that situational football bailed us out in 2022. I remember when we were ripping Eli in 2006, but this is no where near the same scenario. The offense didn’t score a TD in the first half with Jones at QB I 2023. He’s the one constant and it’s not been acknowledged as a problem.

To say Tiki was better than Saquon is a bit of a stretch. Tiki played in a game where he routinely got over 300 carries in a season. One year he got 357 carries. Saquon has never got over 300 carries at any point in his career. If Tiki played with the same Giants team as Saquon, he would have to run the ball out of the shotgun, get 250 carries a season, behind a makeshift offensive line. Saquon would have absolutely ate in Tiki’s era of the NFL.
