I can't imagine how expensive tickets for 2 to a Christmas cruise like 2 weeks before Christmas would be.
I always had a problem with Blair. She joined the peace corps and quit in what I assume is less than a month because she met a hot guy who she wants to marry...and somehow she's the towns local Saint. I'm partially inclined to believe the town actually is a cult, with Aykroyd as the cult leader and the kranks were trying to ship their daughter off because she's the virgin sacrifice raised from birth.
This is all my dreams come true.

I have to say, for last year's Christmas (2022), after a fit of rage and frustration, I quit my job and fell into what could be described as depression.
I didn't go this far, yet didn't want to bother with anything with Christmas, until I realised I was being ridiculously selfish and spent Christmas Day with my family.
In short, this movie makes me realise these "writers" don't get this shit at all.
And for those thinking this is stupid, I'm diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Anxiety Disorder
