The secret is finally out :) This is an extremely effective method if done right. I´ve been using it for several years, ever since I learned about it from The Barbershop, and it´ve helped me a ton when it comes to turning diamonds.

started this yesterday, and have got 2 trolls, 3 diamonds, a piebald, a melanistic, and ... A GREAT ONE in 2 DAYS maybe 5 hours of gameplay, before this i had 2 diamonds, a whitetail and a blackbear and i got those in the summer and havent gotten a diamond until now the only problem is a want variety so does the herd control stuff work for other animals too

Thank you for this video ! I got my first diamond red deer while watching the video I paused and got him lol .
For me the best lake was the Wakati-Lake, sometimes I had over 50 or 60 deers there.
yesterday i got 5 diamond red deer and one of them was lvl 9 piebald diamond it was my 30 diamond of the grind
I found that a lot of these zones, there are really just one big zone but have a lot of deer singly assigned to them, which i probably why they move about a lot.
Hi! awesome videos, but I have 3 questions:
1: About zones swapping, you say to not collect the hinds, but do you collect the bucks from other zones you are trying to swap, or no collect at all?
2: So if I understood well, Grind only the exterior zones I don't want until I see only 1-2 (Moose) and once these zones are full of 1-2, then move to the zones I want to grind and shoots only 3-4-5? Or you have to create "space" in shooting zones?
3: You didn't talk at all about solos, how do you manage them? Are they stackable at some point? Will the spawn elsewhere lower levels?

I've always used the five and above method and I've been of and on grinding for a third GO Red Deer and today I got it with the bow! It scored 265.40 and I've gotten one from Cuatro right after the AR update and a second on a multiplayer Parque and my thord was on Te Awaroa so now I need one from Hirscfeldon so I can have one from each red deer map!

Hi. Thank you for this. Just curious. When herd-managing red deer, how important is it to only go for difficulty levels 5 to 9? Say I would rather go for only levels 6 to 9? Would those grinding areas then fill up with a lot of level 5 deer in stead of 4? And would this be a negative on herd management overall? (I tend to not shoot level 5 deer stags.)
Just started this grind I just shot a albino level 5 for my first kill
So what you’re saying is is hunt the lakes that I don’t like then after they get stocked up with fours then go hunt my favorite lakes

I’ve shot 2 albino red deer using this method within 200 kills between them lvl 6 and lvl 7 and hopefully the next time an albino spawns in my map he’ll be diamond 😁

So this is an old post. But have some questions. You go into saying no you want as many level 4s as possible. Which I get. But how exactly do you get those level 4s. Are you just shooting the biggest at your zones? Or are you shooting level 6s and 7s and leaving 8s sometimes? I feel that when I go around and only shoot the highest levels it works for a time. But after a while I just keep getting the same general size coming back. Is it just keep grinding? Or is it leaving bigger ones and shooting 6s and 7s or just keep shooting the biggest? ( not good enough to shoot every single 5 and up every time I go to a zone)
Just killed my great one red deer and I am moving on to whitetail is there a way to do herd management for them? Please and thank you.

At this time on te Awaroa i had a lvl 5 albino and let him stay... 🤔
Tried shooting hinds then stahs at a difftent lake no picking them up like 10 runs thwy dont teplace my hinds
I finally got my Melanistic to spawn but it only spawned as a small 5 with a wonky rack so that’s a rip but hopefully I’ll finally get a max weight mela

Sometime can you do some fallow deer hunting I did some today and got 4golds and 6 silvers from one drink zone

One question I have is if I want to change my level four to another side that I don't like and as you said I shoot the big ones and get out of the game, should they die before they leave or should I just hurt them? I haven't participated in the game for a long time, also when restarting you mean exit to the game menu or exit the game completely

hey my friend i have a question i am trying to do the herd manegament for red deers but im not understaning it for 100% do i need to shoot all the animal at zones that i dont like to get spawn the bigger animals at the zones i like or just farm everywhere lvl 9s
I believe you leave all females and shoot all the males that are level 5+ also leaving the higher level ones on the map help with spawns too I think
How did you put your tents on the zones? Wouldn't that prevent them from staying and if not is there a specific way to do that I need it

Hey Crow, I heard about the heard management technique your using, so I started using it. But, I didn't think about grinding my bad lakes first, so now I've got random level 4's all over, at my good lakes, my bad lakes, everywhere. Any advice on what to do?

When do we start shooting the higher levels on the good drinking zones. I’m trying to do the herd management now and I have some really good stags at the correct drinking zones but I’m trying to get all the bad drinking zones that have level fives and sixes. Am I ok to take out the big stags or should I wait until there’s only level fours on my bad pons
@Mizzy I would keep the 9s in your good zones that will make it so all your other zones are 4s for the most part and your good zones are shoot able stags and it'll make life a lot easier
What about females are they fair game to shoot on sight or would that affect my grinds like culling fours would 🤔

I used this method and i currently have 6 legendary deer on my map wonder how many i can stack with out killing them.

Do I need to wait until my bad ponds have an abundance of level fours until I can take out my higher level stags or can I continuously shoot my higher level stags even while in the process of doing herd management
you wait until your bad lakes have alot of 4s but when you shoot your big stags don’t kill them all at once gradually kill them over time

On that small river spot we're you have 2 zones I have a zone there that has 2 fours and it's all males what should I do sorry to ask

Anything wrong with purging the 4s? Most of my lakes are full of Level 4s.
Thats a good thing. Lots of 4s is what causes the diamonds to spawn so often. Keep all 4s at all costs and find new places to hunt if you need more to shoot. I only get around 15-25 shootable stags each run

The females stags are males and a troll is a level 9 that doesn’t make diamond
What happens when you get all of the fours to stack and bigger 7s spawn at your good zones. Do I shoot them or stack them?

Yes one is fine... you just should not like 20 4s
when do I start shooting the 7 and above
Shooting 4s in good zones is ok if there is a lot, but if you have 10 stags then why would the 4 be shot. That's what crow is saying and it makes a lot of sense
I have gotten about 20 diamonds in 500-600 kills but not a single rare

Herd management can help with diamonds, but is it the reason great ones spawn sooner? No, at least I think so. I don't do herd management and I still got a great one in 2000 kills, so I don't think herd management has much to do with great ones
