Keep it greased and maintained and they probably don't change them. Those loaders are traded quite often.

keen observer less down time for the mixer truck. Comes in gets loaded unloads next load is ready for it. A friend of mine went from feeding for 9 hours to 5 hours each shift with two batch boxes, two mixer wagons, and one loader with the process.

@@dvanstraalen That's it. No one is ever waiting in this process. The loader is never waiting on the truck to return and the truck is never waiting on the loader to make multiple trips to fill him.

TLK Dairy says that it cut loader time almost in half. Feeding times went from 9 hrs to 5.5
