The Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court has given its verdict on the petitions challenging the removal of Article 370. CJI DY Chandrachud said that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India and it is not appropriate to question the Centre's decision. With this, the CJI said that every decision taken by the Center on behalf of the state is not subject to challenge. This may create anarchy and uncertainty, and the administration of the state will come to a standstill.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के संविधान पीठ ने अनुच्छेद 370 को हटाने को चुनौती देने वाली याचिकाओं पर अपना फैसला सुना दिया है. सीजेआई डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि जम्मू और कश्मीर भारत का अभिन्न अंग है और केंद्र के फैसले पर सवाल उठाना उचित नहीं है. इसके साथ, सीजेआई ने कहा कि राज्य की ओर से केंद्र द्वारा लिया गया हर निर्णय चुनौती के अधीन नहीं है. इससे अराजकता और अनिश्चितता पैदा हो सकती है, तो राज्य का प्रशासन ठप हो जाएगा.

धारा 370 का निरस्त किया जाना सनातन राष्ट्र भारतवर्ष की संवैधानिक एकता की जीत है। मोदी के नेतृत्व मेें एनडीए द्वारा लिया गया एक ऐतिहासिक फैसला है और राष्ट्र की सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने भी स्वीकृति दे दी है। अब जम्मू-कश्मीर के लोगों में मानसिक अलगाववाद का शमन होना तथा विकास की राह प्रशस्त होगी। वन्देभारतमातरम।
