    List of Ingredients
    Grilled Tuna
    Palapa (Sakurab+Ginger+Chili)
    Onion
    Spring Onion
    Bell pepper
    Grated Fresh Coconut
    Salt and Pepper
    Eggs
    Oil for frying
    Optional: You can also add grated carrot or zucchini or other vegetables you think will complement this recipe.
    Procedure:
    1. Grill first the tuna, in this video I use a multipurpose electric skillet as a griller.
    In our province, there are readily available grilled tuna in the market, it's called "tiyapa" or "pitapa".
    2. When it's cool to touch, gently flake the fish removing the skin and bones.
    3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. (If you want you can mince/pound first the bell pepper, onion, and spring onion before mixing but I skipped it because I want some textures in my nugget and I still have to pound the mixture afterward.)
    4. After mixing all ingredients, using a mortar and pestle, start pounding the mixture by batches.
    5. Using a big spoon, form it like a nugget.
    6. Heat oil in a pan, and deep fry.
