Sorry, but i think the drop C tunings for 7 string is drop G
I agree with drop A being the drop C of 7 strings! Although lately I’ve been enjoying drop B for some new inspiration
Drop A is to deathcore what Drop C is to metalcore.

I feel like Drop G is closer to being the Drop C of 7-strings because they both involve tuning a whole step down and then drop-tuning. Great content!
Solar flair homicide is the song I really love for Emmure in drop A, the whole album was banger
For me, Drop A is more the Drop D for 7 strings as you only have to down tune the B a whole step, whereas drop G on the other hand is a whole step below A, kinda like C to D. Wonderful playing! My favorite drop A song is either Possession by Whitechapel or Last Breath by Chelsea Grin
