I'm so glad I saw this at the theater. Once the idiotic and unfair "anti-woke" backlash against this movie is gone, I expect it to become another George Miller cult classic.
I literally just saw some clown saying that Fury Road was an anti feminist movie. like... how? did we watch the same movie? these movies have always been "woke".
Chris Hemsworth is great! did you see Bad Times at the El Royale? he was chewing the living f out of the scenery and loving every moment! it's so nice to see him in roles outside Thor.

I won't support another woke Western movie. & lol at this activist movie 'making some profit'. 168 million budget + marketing would make a conservative guesstimate of between 200 and 250 million. So, considering that nearly half of the box office takings go to the movie theatres that show the movie, Furiosa will need to make between 400 and 500 million to even break even.

I went to see this. One of the few movies to get me in the theaters. I find if this is the last, it was a good full circle to the full five now.
