My question is that suppose my two cell is not working than i will have to purchase 18650 with 3.7v battery but how much mah it should be .....means each one should have 2200 mah or ???

If you increase capacity and change cell

You can change but problem is your charging time increased because if more mah so time increased but if you use 90w charger then little bit time increased

And dear firstly connected new cell then replace or remove old cell because some time sencer problem faced like battery ok but not detected msg show but backup ok and sometimes show 0% but backup ok so connected new cell and then remove old cell and + and - check
