My friend thank you for this video. Im a person that i remember myself self improving my whole life. But i did a huge mistake to keep my old toxic friends for way too much time next to me even if the signs was clear that i shouldn't. Now in 31 i dont have any best friend and many times i dont have any friends. Its a real struggle to find real new friends while you getting older and specially when you upgrading constantly.
Another thing is it´s never to late to start. Even if you are 30 35 40 years old, what it matters is that you start to acknowledge that you need to improve and then FOCUS! Don´t waste your time on social media unless you have some sort of business that you make money of of it, read books to get away from the PC or smartphone trap, exercise even when you don´t feel like it. Don´t get caught in the i´m too old now Bs. Stay strong my friends and be unstoppable on the pursuit of your goals
