Will you see a different s/n if you change the back cover? I had mine sent out and they replaced it, but watch came back with a different s/n showing through back cover. Is that normal?

Have you tried to screw it in? Or are you talking about the screen. The screen can be glued back on but the back cover can get glued and screwed in.

    Hi Joe
I have a 46 Samsung and the HRM glass fell off after 11 months. I returned it to Samsung who repaired it but 11 months later it fell off again. This time they repaired it but told me I had been abusing the watch by using hand cream. All I use is sunblock but surely a decent watch should take that? In my view the issue is poor design and manufacture, the internet is full of similar issues. Any thoughts, I am going to return it to my store using the UK Consumer Protection Act 2105 but need an expert opinion of the poor design. Any thoughts?

Not sure what to say really. Some companies just make products that aren't meant to last honestly

Do you have to use a heat gun?

You could use a hair dryer but it will take way longer
