Hi Doc Ina! Is the management still the same for a patient with PCOS diagnosed based on ultrasound only, NO signs and symptoms such as amenorrhea, hirsutism, etc?
Follow up: How do you manage the same patient with PCOS but she also has Adenomyosis?

Diagnosos of PCOS should not be based solely on ultrasound alone... It should follow the rotterdam criteria...maybe you want to check out my lecture on PCOS? I discussed rotterdam criteria in that lecture...

Hi doc
If a patient of age 14 with breast development with amenorrhea come to clinic, what is the response should we have to give as a doctor doc?
Whether ask them to wait for one more year or do we have to do any management doc?
