The Best Coffee Buttercream...

Try this beautifully tasty buttercream to fill and cover cakes. It's great on cupcakes and adds a lovely coffee flavoured addition to your bake...

Ingredients:
240g butter
600g icing sugar a little milk
4 tbsp strong brewed espresso coffee powder
1) Cream the butter until light in colour and texture
2) Sieve in half of the icing sugar, mix by hand then whisk well
3) Add 2 tbsp strong espreso and mix well
4) Sieve in the rest of the icing sugar, mix well and add another 2 tbsp strong espresso before a final mix
5) Buttercream can be popped into a ziplock bag with the air squeezed out and chilled or frozen until needed. Bring to room temperature before use...
