I am a beginner at the gym and I feel like if I was in the company of these great men,I will go places
Thank you guys
those plates evoke a lemon icecream taste in my brain
Hahaha saaaammeee
same lol 😎
Wtf is this comment 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Yeaa
You ever just wanna eat a plate so bad?
I like these guys, very measured in their tone and style and they break the movements down nicely and full of useful tips. And they talk about mistakes we can all identify with....but again its not done as a harsh critique but simple pragmatism
Supinated Barbell Rows are a MUST for me in Phase 2 of MAPS Red or Black!
Awesome exercise ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for this! You are wonderful teachers. And I personally enjoy the camera work Doug! Video request: Can you show the proper form for good mornings? I heard you discuss this on the hamstring MP podcast but haven't tried them for fear of improper form and injury. I think its another exercise that's very simple and also very complex like the bent over row. Thanks in advance!

Another gem
majestic
I really like the supinated grip for this too
Overhand bent over row superset with supinated EZ bar row = $$$!
nice one guys ✌🏾💪🏾
Helpful.
Awesome thanks guys. Yep I was 100% doing this wrong 😂
Superset, Overhand Grip Row to Inverted Row!
those bumper plates are sick, do they glow in the dark?
Only thing I wanted answered that never came😑😅
I don't know how long its gonna take me to be able to do these with 20lbs of weight like that. its going to take a lot of hard work & dedication but I'll get there eventually! Ill probably use a belt as I don't want to mess my lower back up with all that weight.
what weight you at now? you don't ever need a belt for this
I do with 10lbs each side, but I'm not swole or anything lol. Maybe i do them wrong?
Was this a joke lol
3:16 - Very compromising camera angle 🤣
u guys should do a video on how Dorian yates would do he's row more upright
Look at Sal with that dark hair. Just a little different now. Those kids will add some salt to that pepper 🤣
Do these plates glow in the dark?
welp...guess I need to lighten the load. Thanks!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
caused disc herniation for me, maybe not bracing properly but bent over, with load...I swapped to the seated row, same thing, alot safer
How heavy were you rowing?
The movement is safe as long as you don't overload on weight you cannot pull and apply the proper technique.
What about the knee? I keep hitting my knee
Are you losing tension at the bottom of the rep by letting it hang?
Dorian yates has a awesome youtube video on bent over back row.
I'm afraid to do anything supinated after the amount of torn biceps i've seen
Qui quahhhh
Supinated Row... okay mind blown. might have to try. Bill me later.
All this knowledge for free
I thought pronated grip had more lat activation because of the external rotation component, same reason in a dead lift set up to "break the bar" to engage the lats?
Hurry up and offer a 50% for ANABOLIC or favor.
Yeah I guess proper is not always right. Dorian Yates did his rows the way you said is the wrong way. And he had the best back off all time
Yeah Dorian don't like this video ;-)
Adam standing way too close to a bent over sal . LOL
first use you're back then pull you're arms back
Don't you guys think this exercise kinda limits your lat gains because of how hard it is to keep your balance with heavy weights? Like your back and biceps can row a lot more weight but you know your form will crack. Most people can easily use 100-120% of their own weight but it's damn hard to bend over 90-110 degrees with that weight and not fall over.
nvmffs not at all . This is arguably the best movement we can do to develop the lats . Deadlifts , pull ups , and barbell rows . Top 3
