I’m so confused as to why people just criticize Laine like this kid has only played 4 seasons and because he went from 44 goals to “only” 30 goals. He’s 22. People act like he sucks when he scores more goals then most of the league. You guys talk like he’s a terrible hockey player and “ if he didn’t have a good shot he’d be out of the league” well guess what, he has a lethal shot. This season was a prove yourself season and he did that. He’s a great player who isn’t close to how good he can be in the future. He’s still 6-7 years away from the start of his prime and with his amazing shot he can still score late into his 30s. I’m tired of people saying he sucks Laine is thousands of times better then you guys could ever dream of. Long story short. Stfu leafs fans

@@hatrickane for sure I understand that but if you don't diversify it will be easy to shut you down as you'll become predictable and you can defend against that. He needs to push himself and become more complete to be a star.

@@hatrickane i heard today from a good source , winnipeg was really into sending laine to montreal but they were not changing there mind on having Domi in the package for the right , and laine have to agree with habs around 9 millions to 10 for 8 years . might happen in a few days .
