I paused the video at the part where you guys were speaking about breakthrough seasons and there is a specific thing brenden said about how you might not even know that you are in the midst of your breakthrough season and that really made me think about my own struggles with mental health i mean 2019 had me by the balls i suffered a mental breakdown and it affected my academics severely for a while i was in this dark hole not wanting to come out of it not that i didnt have medical support i just did not want to, eventually i got help and i can positively say from the beginning of the so many things have been going right and i can see progress with regards to my mental health its a slow process but it really does get better.... I think we as people are so hung up on wanting to physically see our breakthroughs happen forgetting that there are little ones happening everyday that we miss
