I imagine there is a lot more rain in Europe than in sunny Cali, BUT my fall essential is a cool rain jacket, I got one of those yellow nordic skandinavian ones (to mention the elephant in the room: yes, the one from "IT") and a more sporty one in bright turquoise to lighten up my mood when it rains down in Europe :D
