- Gift of the Givers founder Dr Imitiaz Sooliman says the incoming administration has made a mistake. "I don't think it's a government of national unity; it's a government of selective unity." He has urged the ANC to bring in the EFF, MK Party and COPE into the agreement.

Love love the honesty from Imitiaz Sooliman. Must always speak the truth even when it is unpopular! Truth to power, even through the medium of white owned media. The interviewer was never ready for such raw responses, and most SA's in favour of this Government of selective unity, could not have said it better.

Political views and religious views are completely different issues and should not influence each other when it comes to decision making regarding a country's governance!! ..... Next thing to influence governance is if you don't support the same soccer team as the next person then you cannot govern the country with them!
That's where you wrong. Some views are representative of the moral compass of a person or party. If you cannot trust a person's humanity, how can you trust their agenda or intentions.
Politics is not for the people, it's self interest period.
Forget about Palestine and Ukraine, we have far more serious problems in our country, like poverty, unemployment water and electricity issues, just a few to mention. So let the ANC/DA/IFP/PA AND Good parties work to together to improve the quality of lives for all South Africans. I have been a big supporter of Dr Sooloman and I still respect him, but he is soooo wrong. The polls indicate that the majority of voters wanted an ANC DA GNU/coalition. Its not up to any one person to dictate who should be in the GNU.coaliton. Also last time I looked at the GNU/coalition there was the IFP, PA etc. Not just the DA. Also the DA is in favour of 2 state solution. Please lets keep an open mind to what is happening. It surely cannot be worse than the last 20 odd years.

The best thing ordinary Palestinians had going for them was the Abraham Accords (thanks largely to Donald Trump) but that didn't suit Hamas, Hezbolah or Iran...
