This is going to be a unpopular opinion but I think Brian should just be outright recasted by Cody Walker. One that's Paul Walker's brother and he looks so much like him without any cgi. And I think it would be most respectful and honorable way to keep that character in the franchise.

Love him or hate him, Paul Walker shaped the franchise as it is today. I mean, he’s the main protagonist that started it all in the first movie.
I can't think of anyone who would dislike Paul...he was so humble, kind, generous and genuinely beautiful. A really kind guy and he loved cars and racing.

He is sort of in fast x, they have flashbacks of him in it, but know new scenes in it. He is not a target of Dante in fast x, but might be in fast 11. I CANT wait for eleven to come out. I’ve already seen x twice and will probably watch it 50 more times this year.

I'll save you the time: No. Brian O'Conner does not appear in Fast X (not even an implied appearance like F9's ending scene). However, since we now know that Fast X was split into two parts, I believe it is possible we'll see Brian in the second part.
Also, his daughter Meadow Walker made an appearance in Fast X as a flight attendant in a scene with Jakob Toretto and Little Brian.
He was just in the flashback scene from Fast 5.

At least it’s his brother portraying him. Even tho his furious 7 send off what done perfectly. Character wise, it didn’t make sense for Brian and his family to decide to ditch the rest of the crew. They were all FaMiLy.

F&F X is i believe only 1 part of 2/3, because the movie ends without actually finishing the villain, and a certain aftercedits scene(i won't tell what) shows that FF10 won't end as it has been left with a cliffhanger

I still feel like it's extremely disrespectful to bring Paul's character back using CGI it was the right choice in order to finish Fast 7 but that should have been the definitive end to Paul's character and the fact they're going to bring him back just feels wrong.
