GOOD EVENING. ME AND MY HUSBAND HAVE BEEN MARRIED ALMOST 7 yrs. OUR MARRIAGE HAS BEEN VERY DIFFICULT AND WE’VE BEEN SEPARATED OFF AND ON FOR THE MAJORITY OF OUR MARRIAGE AND CURRENTLY ARE NOW. WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING ON OURSELVES AND HEALING AND SLOWLY COMING BACK TOGETHER, BUT THIS PROCESS IS GETTING MORE DIFFICULT FOR ME BECAUSE OF BEING TORMENTED BY NEGATIVE THOUGHTS OF UNFAITHFULNESS. WE HAVE 5 YOUNG KIDS AND I WANT TO KEEP MY COVENANT VOWS BUT HOW DO I KNOW IF I SHOULD CONTINUE TO STAND OR LET IT GO??? 😢🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

7 years and 5 young children. That is hard math. I can promise you that the ANSWER will not be easy.
Find a place to shut EVERYTHING off. •Leave kids with a loved one.
•Disconnect from electronics.
•Put aside tasks & plans.
•Call into work sick.
•Bathe your body
•In the middle of the floor gather some essentials: water, fruit, pen, paper, bible, Kleenex and your marriage vows.
• sit and invite God to minister unto you.
•be honest and create a through pro and con list.
•align your vows, scripture, and the greater good of your family (Husband, Wife and Children).
•be still as the path comes into focus. Sit with it.
•God Husband Wife… therein lies the answer. -NOBODY else will have it.
What you need to do WILL definitely call on you to engage muscles that might be slightly atrophied.
