    DESCRIPTION
    Welcome to the On Point series. Target all your problem areas with these effective, high repetition workouts. You will do each exercise for 60 seconds with no rest between sets. The exercises build on one another, so that you fully fatigue each area before moving on to the next. There's plenty of variety and some added equipment to really increase the challenge. There are longer and shorter workouts, so you can choose according to your schedule. Get ready to burn!
    In Thighs on Point you will use ankle weights in combination with traditional mat thigh exercises. You will start with 5 exercises for the outer thighs, such as leg raises and bend extends. Then 5 exercises for the inner thighs including raises, extensions and sweeps. Next 5 exercises for the quads in a seated position with lots of angle changes. And finally 5 exercises in an all 4s and side lying position with side leg raises, clam shells and knees and toes. Finish with a lengthening stretch.

    I've done this video 7 times and my hips are like a rock and the front of my thighs l😮have transformed. ❤ More front thigh workouts please. This one is amazing. WOW!!

      Second that! More front of thigh please. I find that a lot of workouts say “thigh” and a lot of them focus on outer hip, hamstring or glutes. It is very hard to find a workout that focuses on toning the front of the legs!!! Thanks for a well rounded leg workout 😊

    This was a fantastic full leg workout Linda! I love these basic Pilates style moves, they’re so effective and sneaky torturous😅. I do heavy weight leg exercises but I don’t particularly love them and I also want to work my muscles in a different and more complete way - enter your workouts! I’m always amazed how I can squat with 60 pounds worth of dumbbell weight but I am always humbled by my 2 pound ankle weights with your workouts. It just goes to show you that a well rounded fitness routine needs more than just heavy weight. Thank you for all you do 🙏🤗

    I was planning to add the ankle weights but I gave them up as soon as I started lol. This was challenging even withouth them.

      it's as hard as you wanna make it! The heavier the ankle weights and the more you squeeze, the harder it gets!

    I had major results from this workout, I did this a lot during my pregnancy, your guidance on posture has truly changed my mindset.Would you consider this workout postpartum friendly?

    Hi I have been doing your thigh exercise since covid. They are effective and of course not easy. Hopefully I have great thigh muscles when I reach 80 n 90 years old. I can still walk. TQ

      Mini is 14. I also have a second fur baby, who appears in very few of my videos. He is the white fluffy one and is nearly 3.

    You could have incorporated little breaks in between or could have mentioned in the thumbnail advanced level.

      Hi, most of my workouts are more on the advanced side, so perhaps if you start with the ones that have beginner in the title, they may be more doable for you. My beginner workouts are more like intermediate from other instructors. :)
