Deutz Fahr Agrotron 6190 Suspension and propshaft PROBLEMS AND REPAIR

- This is my 2013 Lamborghini R6 190 and these are the issues I ecountered lately. So, after a day of work when I was returning home I heard a bad rattle noise. I realised the pinion flange was destroyed, the shaft was jammed in the 4wd axle shaft and the front carrier bushing were gone. I ADMIT I never greased the shaft because it's covered with some heavy shields and I didn't knew that it can be greased. It has a small hole and it's very hard to get it on position. But the worst thing is that I didn't find this grease point in the user manual....Also, is it normal for the bushing of the carrier to be gone after 2500 hours? They were greased often. I work with this tractor and I never abused it, it's mai main use tractor and I work about 200 hectares.
The shaft slides on the 4wd axle when you use the suspension or when the axle flexes....why it doesnt have a SLIP JOINT?
So this is my experience, watch the video and learn from my "mistakes" and draw your own conclusions....

I have my agrotron 155 for 10 years and i allways use the suspension since i bougth it and i head no problems at all with it.
Have you used in any situation? when ploughing for example? have you always greased the shaft?
@@meisterraul Front axle suspension is probably only for road drive, not for woking in field.

@@meisterraul My old agrotron new 130 from 2006 year, have 9k hours and now i only change the rim from shaft because it is little deformation. And of course all of the front axle bolts and bush

Thanks, the video, same and other lot of problem AGROTRON 165 mk3, all of parts is really good but when they take it one tractor it not good

did you replace the rubber bushing in the hydraulic cylinders from the front supension ?, we had a 6190 where the front suspension destroyed the oil pump from the engine because the suspension hitted the oil pump as the bushes were shot, the oil pump sits in front of the engine just behind the crank pulley. Also we often change the driveshaft to a slider because it has to much play on the shaft coming out of the transmission, wich causes vibration especially when they drive 60 km/h
I didnt because it looked fine, but thanks a lot for telling this to me. I dont drive it more than 40km/h. Can you please give me a code or the part number of the driveshaft with slider?
@@meisterraul we send the orginal driveshaft out to a firm that makes driveshafts, and they replace a section of the driveshaft for a slider, and balanced it again. The part the goes over the splines we cut partly in half and weld holes for bolts to it so we can clamp it around the splines without any slop

Salutare. Din pacate noi am batut in bolturi si ne-am chinuit un pic, dupa ce ne-am dat seama cum sta treaba am confectionat un extractor, am infiletat un surub in bolt si am tras in timp ce bateam usor. Probabil cel mai usor iesa cu un extractor. Atentie mare sa nu deteriorezi silentblockul din cilindru si sa nu faci aceeasi greseala ca noi sa bati in bolturi :)
Sunt mare fan Deutz si totusi consider ca e doar vina lor. In mod obligatoriu trebuie mentionat in manual orice punct care necesita intretinere. Nu stiam ca avem un dealer care vinde Lamborghini in Romania, sau l-ati cumparat de la un dealer strain?
Salut, da a fost luat din Romania. Cred ca se poate aduce orice tractor, eu pe asta l-am găsit la un preț mai bun decât un Deutz
Am postat pe un forum si cica e o problemă comuna la modelele astea. Astea mai nou au alt sistem

Salut, in jur de 12.000 ron piesele. Cel mai scump a fost coroana si pinionul.
I also have this problem in the R6 150.7, but my suspension broke down at about 100 mth, currently the tractor has 3800 mth and I will start repairing it
You mean 100 working hours? Have you ever greased the drive shaft?
@@meisterraul yes, working hours, the shaft drive has never been greased, I don't know where should I grease, I unscrewed the cover yesterday and checked the shaft, there was no grease lubricator on any joint
@@Filipek-rc9nc I am sorry to hear that...The shaft slides on the gearbox shaft too? If so, there is the point were it should be greased

The slider needs grease every 50hrs.
